Q  PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW I CAN GET 15% OFF MY ORDERS

Sign up,  SUBSCRIBE to the Pastel Pink Newsletter and  place an order
* order must be over $65 before Postage.

This offer does not include the purchase of Gift Vouchers.

THEN subsequent orders will be @ CLUB PINK discounts.

You will also need to be logged in to view the discount as you are shopping.

Your cart will reflect this extra discount.

When you place your  2nd order and select your shipping option and payment method
automatically at the checkout your total will be calculated less
15 % off your order.
This discount will show on your invoice as a  Discount - 15%.

Shipping costs will not be discounted at 15 % off just on the products that you order.

Irrespective of something being discounted on the website or not Club Members will always get that 15 % discount.

Even new seasons stock which has just arrived, Sale items, even heavily discounted items, you will still be entitled to the 15% discount.

You  will then be a member of Club Pink which entitles you to 15 % off all orders all day everyday, every time that you shop at www.pastelpink.com.au.Newsletter subscribers will always know about upcoming events and promotions along with any New Arrivals of stock or labels that we intend to stock before anyone else that visits the site.

For all existing customers that have already signed up, purchased and subscribed to the Pastel Pink Newsletter you have  been updated on the site and will automatically get 15 % Club Pink Discounts. You need not do anything the next time you purchase on the site the updates will be in place for you.

Q Using Discount Codes 

Please note that once your order has been placed on the Pastel Pink website discount or promotional codes cannot be be added after the order has been processed.

We offer these codes as an incentive to shop on the Pastel Pink website but the responsibility is on you the shopper to use these codes when making a purchase.

The coupon code box is right under the shopping cart as a reminder if you happen to have a coupon code that wiil score you a discount or free shipping.

Q.  HOW SAFE IS THE PASTEL PINK WEBSITE?

At Pastel Pink, your privacy and safety are of utmost importance. We use up to date encryption systems and have firewalls installed.

Q. what happens to my personal details ?

Your personal details are stored with us for ease of purchasing. We have a secure system, which means your personal details remain personal. If you no longer wish to be subscribed, please send a blank email to info@pastelpink.com.au with ‘Unsubscribe’ as the subject heading. We will immediately remove your details from our system

Q. What about my Credit Card details?

All credit card purchases are processed by PayPal. It is the most secure payment system available. There are two payment options with PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you can log in and use your account details to send the funds. If you do not have a PayPal account or do not wish to log in, you may enter your credit card details via the PayPal site. Please note that PayPal will not store your details and your details will not be sent to us.

*When completing your order using the Paypal payment option, please ensure you return to the Pastel Pink website to confirm your order and log off. If this procedure is followed, a confirmation will be sent and your order secured*

Process your order as usual and choose "Check/Money Order" as the payment method at the checkout. Then email us the receipt number of your deposit.

Q. How true are the garment/product colours on the site?

We aim for the colour to be as true and accurate to the garment as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to the resolution and colour settings of your computer. If you wish for any clarification about the colours of any of our products, please email us at info@pastelpink.com.au

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Orders will be shipped via Australia Post Express Post and Registered Post and we will endeavour to have your order to you within 48-72 hours for Express and up to 6 days Registered (depending on shipping address).

Australia Post Express Post guarantees overnight delivery to all capital cities (excluding Darwin) as well as many regional areas such as Newcastle, Wollongong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong, Shepparton, Bundaberg, Maryborough, Toowoomba and Launceston. If you place an order on a Friday or weekend, for city areas, please allow up to 3 working days and for regional areas, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Orders may also be shipped using Registered Australian Post. The turn around for these parcels is usually about 3 days.

Q. Do you ship to overseas addresses?

Please contact us and we will inform you of the shipping costs for your required parcel. If you are outside these regions, please do not hesitate to enquire at info@pastelpink.com.au

Q. Can I order by phone?

Absolutely.

If you wish to speak to a person or make a purchase over the phone please call Pastel Pink PH: 0418 811 828 or  Phone 0409 289 464 during business hours Monday to Friday 9am til 6pm (Central Standard Time).

We do enjoy our weekends and Public Holidays and ask you to observe these where possible.

But, if you are experiencing difficulties with the site for what ever reason and can't place your order please don't hesitate to call us.

You may email us at anytime and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Even if we are away we will always access our emails and get back to you ASAP.

Q. What happens if I change my mind?

We do not accept exchanges on Sale Items.
These items are usually heavily discounted and are not exchangeable or  refundable with "change of mind ".
 

At Pastel Pink we understand that sometimes when you receive an item  it’s not quite right.
If what you have purchased is a full priced item please email us at info@pastelpink.com.au to organise an exchange.
We will then pop that item aside for you.
 
When exchanging an item please include a self-addressed Express Post satchel, and we will post your exchanged item the same day. Easy!
 

Pastel Pink needs to be advised before you send any goods back for exchange.
 
We will happily discuss with you if you require a replacement or change of size or colour.If a refund is required we will organise that as well, but this will depend on the case at hand.
Please also remember the item / or items need to be sent back in the same condition as they were received.
If it is clothing being returned these need to have all swing tags attatched and packaging incuded.
This applies to all goods being returned for exchange.
Pastel Pink reserves the right to not accept an exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition.

Q.Clearance section returns or refunds is this possible?

Definitely not from this section.Sorry, we have taken a section of stock that we are particulary low on sizes,maybe won't be having these items in stock anymore or can't get these colours or styles or dseigns in again.

We want to be able to freshen the stock as much as possible for you the discerning online shopper.

So in this case we can offer you fabulous offers and clear our virtual shelves at the same time.

This way we can then update the stock more quickly.

Q. What about Sale items?

There is no return on sale items.
They are heavily discounted and are quite often the last one left.
There is no exchange on sale items either .

Q. What happens when an item is not in stock?

In the event that the item you wish to purchase is not in stock, you will receive an email within 24 hours of placing your order.  This may take longer during busier times when  there is a back up of orders to process. We will endevour to email as soon as we are able to notify you of any items we are unable to deliver.This email will give you the option of choosing another product from our site or waiting until it is back in stock. If you wish to wait, we will email you when it arrives and arrange for dispatch that same day.

 Below is a table showing what sizes are appropriate for what aged child, however these sizes are only a guide.
