CHRISTMAS DELIVERY TIMES :

We would like to advise that all parcels leaving Pastel Pink HQ are being sent via Australia Post Express Post. Last orders for delivery in the Next Business Day network will be 1pm EST Wednesday 23rd December. For deliveries out of this network orders placed  will need to allow an extra day delivery time.

All Western Australian deliveries out of the network for Next Day Delivery cuttoff will be Monday 21st December at 1 pm EST.

To avoid disappointment we are acting on the safe side at this very busy time of year. Please email  us for overseas deliveries or for any delivery enquiries you have at all.

CHRISTMAS TRADING TIMES:- 

Pastel Pink will be open 24 /7 over the Christmas and New Year break. Please place your orders as normal and we will ship these on Tuesday January 5th 2010. We will gladly answer all emails over this period but we will be observing all the Public Holidays and weekends as well.

 Delivery Info

Pastel Pink charges 2 rates of shipping up to 500grms  $7.00 and over 500grms is $10.50.

Orders will be shipped via Australia Post eParcel Express Post and Registered post or by courier for larger items.

We will endevour to have your parcel to you within 48 to 72 hours from despatch.

eParcel Express post guarantees overnight delivery to all capital cities ( excluding Darwin) as well as

many regional centres. These include Newcastle, Wollongong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong, Shepparton, Bundaberg, Maryborough, Toowoomba and Launceston. 

If you place an order on a Friday or weekend, for city areas, please allow up to 3 working days and for regional areas, please allow up to 5  days for delivery.

When your order has been despatched  we will send you an email with a link to  www.eparcel.com.au and a tracking code so you may follow the progress of your order once it has left.

This should help to eliminate any concerns about despatch times and delivery times and also it will advise which Post Office is holding your article.

All eParcel deliveries will need to be signed for so in the case of no one being in attendance please watch for a calling card in your letterbox.

All requests for deliveries to be left without being signed for will be at your own risk.

Pastel Pink does not advise you doing this so therefore will not be held responsible for parcels going missing if you choose to request us to do this.

Maybe in this case a delivery to a workplace would be safer.

Please contact us either by email or by phone if you have any requests or expectations of a quicker delivery time.

You can always leave a request in the comments box when you are placing your order.

We are here to help and will be only too happy to  advise on a quicker than normal desptach time if at all possible.

We will do our best to accomodate you.

Do you ship to overseas addresses?

Yes we do!

Our site is set up to accept overseas orders, however if you find there is no shipping information about your country of residence, please contact us and we will inform you of the shipping costs for your required parcel.

We also strongly advise that you insure  your parcels as well so we will need to  contact you re extra charges being paid before shipping.
